Who we are
This site is operated by TNC Brand Strategy BV (Chamber of Commerce 93687133), trading as TNC Visibility, based in Wassenaar, the Netherlands. Contact: dennis@thenextcorner.com.
What we collect
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a possible engagement. We keep it as long as the conversation or relationship requires.
Site statistics. We measure aggregate visits with Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. This only happens if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner. The data is pseudonymized and used to understand which pages are useful. See the cookie policy for details.
We do not run marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Responding to your email is based on our legitimate interest in running the practice, and on preparing a contract if we start working together. Statistics are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through cookie settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email dennis@thenextcorner.com and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
